Your order is delivered to a nearby freight terminal for pickup instead of your home.
How do I know when it’s ready?
The freight carrier will call you once your shipment is available for pickup.
What do I need for pickup?
A valid photo ID matching the order name, or pre-approved pickup authorization.
Can I go directly to the terminal without being contacted?
We recommend waiting until the carrier confirms your shipment is ready to avoid delays.
Is pickup faster than home delivery?
Yes, terminal pickup is often quicker and more efficient since it skips final delivery scheduling.
Deliver to Your Address
Can my order be delivered to my home?
Yes, we offer home delivery through a freight carrier for eligible orders.
How does home delivery work?
Your order is shipped via freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes, the purchaser must be present with a valid photo ID to receive the shipment.
What is liftgate service?
Liftgate service allows the driver to safely lower your order from the truck to the ground at your location.
Can I change to home delivery after choosing terminal pickup?
In some cases, yes. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll assist if available.
