Promotions are subject to availability, time limitations, and other restrictions as determined by the Company. 

Types of Promotions:

  • Cash Credit Promotions: Customers may earn store credit when meeting specific purchase requirements. This credit can be used toward future purchases but is subject to specific redemption rules. 
  • Coupons and Discount Codes: Periodically, we provide special discount codes that offer savings on eligible orders. These discounts may apply as a percentage-off, fixed-dollar reductions, or free shipping offers. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Seasonal and Limited-Time Offers: Special pricing and promotions are available during peak fireworks seasons and holiday sales events. These offers are available only for a specified period and cannot be extended.
  • Exclusive Bulk and Wholesale Discounts: Special pricing may be available for customers purchasing in high quantities. These discounts require prior approval and are not automatically applied.
  • Giveaway and Free Product Promotions: Certain promotions may offer free items with qualifying purchases. Availability is limited, and substitutions are not guaranteed.
  • Loyalty Program Rewards: Some promotions may be tied to a rewards or loyalty program where customers earn points based on purchases, referrals, or engagement activities, which can later be redeemed for discounts, store credit, or exclusive products.

SUBJECT II – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

All promotions, discounts, and reward-based offers provided by the Company are subject to the laws and regulations of the state of New Hampshire, where we operate. The Company strictly adheres to state and federal regulations governing the sale, purchase, and shipping of fireworks. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they are in full compliance with all applicable state, county, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of fireworks before participating in any promotion. Customers must verify that their jurisdiction permits the receipt and use of fireworks and that they meet all legal requirements before engaging in any promotional offer. The Company is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise due to non-compliance with local laws, and participation in promotions does not exempt customers from regulatory obligations in their respective states. 

Participation in promotional offers is limited to legal residents of eligible shipping or pickup locations who are at least 21 years of age. Customers must meet all legal requirements for purchasing and possessing fireworks in their jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to verify age and location before granting eligibility for any promotion. Additional eligibility criteria may apply, including verification of a government-issued ID confirming age and residence, maintaining a verified customer account with accurate shipping information, membership in a designated rewards or loyalty program for exclusive promotions, or meeting a minimum purchase requirement as outlined in specific promotions. The Company reserves the right to deny participation in promotions if a customer does not meet these requirements or if there is reasonable suspicion of an attempt to circumvent eligibility rules. 

Promotions, discount codes, and cash credits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or gifted to another individual. They cannot be combined across multiple accounts, even if the accounts are under the same name, nor can they be pooled or aggregated with rewards from different customers. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or share promotional benefits may result in the cancellation of the promotion, forfeiture of any associated benefits, or permanent restrictions from participating in future promotions. The Company actively monitors promotional use for suspicious activity and reserves the right to take appropriate action against violators. 

All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be limited in duration, quantity, or geographic scope. The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice. The Company may place restrictions on the number of times a customer can use a particular promotion and set expiration dates for promotions, refusing redemption after the expiration date. Promotions are not guaranteed and may be revoked if inventory, logistics, or other operational constraints arise. Customers are encouraged to redeem promotions promptly before they expire or become unavailable. 

Promotional discounts, cashback offers, and other incentives cannot be applied to past purchases. If a customer completes a purchase before a promotion is announced, they are not eligible for an adjustment, refund, or credit based on the newly introduced promotion. If a promotional code was not entered at checkout, it cannot be applied later. If a customer cancels and repurchases an order in an attempt to retroactively apply a promotion, the Company reserves the right to void the promotion. Pre-order or reservation purchases that later qualify for a promotion are not eligible for retroactive adjustments. Customers are responsible for ensuring they apply promotions correctly at the time of purchase, and the Company is not responsible for any missed promotional opportunities due to customer oversight. 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotions, discounts, and rewards have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional benefits cannot be used to pay for shipping, taxes, or other non-product-related charges. Promotional offers cannot be converted into gift cards, credit balances, or transferable funds. If a customer attempts to exchange a promotional benefit for cash, the Company reserves the right to revoke any promotional rewards and take necessary actions to prevent further misuse. 

Customers may only apply one promotion per order unless otherwise specified in the terms of the promotion. Promotions cannot be stacked or combined with other discounts, including multiple discount codes in a single transaction, cash credit offers applied alongside percentage-based discounts, or seasonal promotions combined with loyalty rewards or referral bonuses. If a customer is eligible for multiple promotions, only the highest-value promotion will be applied automatically, and all others will be excluded. Customers must decide which promotion they wish to use before completing checkout, as changes cannot be made after the order has been placed. If a promotion is auto-applied and a customer later tries to use a different one, the Company reserves the right to enforce the original promotion and deny substitutions. 

The Company actively monitors promotions to prevent fraud, abuse, and unfair advantage-taking. Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to redeem the same promotion multiple times, using unauthorized methods such as automated scripts to claim promotions, providing false information such as fake referrals to earn rewards, canceling and repurchasing orders to exploit promotions, or attempting to resell discounted products for profit using a promotion. If fraudulent activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to void all associated promotional benefits, cancel any affected orders without notice, permanently ban the customer from participating in future promotions, or pursue legal action if fraudulent activity results in financial or reputational harm. The Company may require additional verification before allowing participation in promotions if suspicious activity is detected. Customers are advised to adhere to all terms and use promotions in good faith. 

The Company retains the final authority on all matters related to promotional eligibility, application, and redemption. Any disputes or questions regarding promotions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Company’s decisions will be binding. By participating in any promotional activity, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable policies. Any violations may result in the forfeiture of promotional benefits and potential restrictions on future purchases.

General Promotional Compliance Clause: The Company reserves the right to adjust, limit, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer, discount, or incentive at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. All promotions are subject to availability, and the terms governing eligibility, stacking, and usage may change at any time to maintain fairness and prevent misuse. Customers should regularly review the terms and conditions of any promotion before attempting to participate. 

Promotional offers are intended for personal, non-commercial use only, and any attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or exploit promotions—such as creating multiple accounts, using automated systems, misusing discount codes, combining unauthorized promotions, or engaging in fraudulent transactions—may result in immediate cancellation of earned cash credit, removal of applied discounts, forfeiture of promotional benefits, and potential account restrictions or bans. Additionally, any detected abuse may lead to a review of past transactions, and the Company reserves the right to revoke previously granted promotional benefits if a violation is discovered. 

Customers are prohibited from reselling, transferring, or sharing discount codes, promotional credits, or rewards obtained through promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the promotion. Any unauthorized distribution or sale of promotional benefits may result in account restrictions, the removal of associated rewards, and legal action if applicable. 

In cases where a customer attempts to combine multiple promotions that are not intended to stack, the Company will automatically apply the highest-value promotion and remove all others, unless stated otherwise. If a discount or promotion unintentionally applies due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to correct the issue by canceling, adjusting, or modifying the order. Customers will be notified of any corrections, and failure to comply with the revised terms may result in order cancellation. 

For promotions requiring a minimum purchase threshold, the qualifying subtotal must be met before any discounts, coupons, or promotional credits are applied. If a discount or refund causes the subtotal to drop below the required minimum, the promotion may be voided, and the customer will be responsible for the full order amount without the promotional benefit. 

All promotional benefits, including cash credits, discount codes, and rewards, have no intrinsic cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunds, or any alternative form of compensation. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or unused promotional benefits, and no extensions, reinstatements, or substitutions will be provided unless explicitly stated in the promotion’s terms. 

The Company reserves the right to take corrective actions in response to any breach of these terms, including removing promotional benefits, canceling orders, restricting future participation in promotions, and terminating accounts found to be in violation. By participating in any promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

 

SUBJECT III – CASH CREDIT PROMOTIONS 

By participating in cash credit promotions, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Any form of misuse, manipulation, or attempt to bypass these rules may result in the revocation of earned cash credit and potential restrictions on future promotional participation or account privileges. The Company retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate cash credit promotions at any time without prior notice.

Cash credit promotions are structured to reward customers who make qualifying shipping purchases, providing store credit that can be used on future shipping orders. These promotions aim to enhance the affordability of shipping costs while ensuring compliance with the established guidelines. Customers are responsible for understanding and adhering to the specific terms governing how cash credit is earned, applied, and restricted in use.

All cash credit promotions are subject to availability and may be altered or discontinued at the sole discretion of the Company. Cash credit holds no cash value outside of its designated promotional purpose and cannot be converted into monetary compensation, transferred, or exchanged. Customers must review and comply with the applicable promotion terms before attempting to earn or redeem cash credit.

These promotions are intended exclusively for use on shipping orders, and strict eligibility and redemption rules apply to maintain fairness and prevent abuse. Customers who choose to participate in cash credit promotions must ensure that their transactions align with the stated requirements. Any failure to comply with these policies may result in the forfeiture of earned credits and exclusion from future promotional opportunities.

Earning Cash Credit: To earn cash credit, customers must place an eligible order that meets or exceeds the specified subtotal before shipping costs, taxes, and additional fees. The qualifying subtotal is defined by the terms of the promotion and is based solely on the cost of products before any shipping charges are applied. Orders that do not meet the required subtotal, even if close to the threshold, will not qualify for cash credit. 

Cash credit is only issued once the original qualifying order has been successfully delivered and confirmed as received by the customer or freight carrier. Customers must ensure that they accept and verify their order upon delivery, as orders that are refused, disputed, or returned to the carrier will result in the voiding of any earned cash credit. If a customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or any claim related to undelivered merchandise, the earned cash credit will be revoked, even if the order was otherwise eligible. 

If an order is canceled by the customer before shipment, any expected cash credit will not be issued. If an order is canceled by the Company due to fraud detection, payment issues, or policy violations, the cash credit will also be voided. Customers found to be abusing cash credit promotions, such as creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, will be disqualified from future promotions and may face account restrictions. 

Only shipping orders qualify for cash credit promotions. Pickup orders, including those placed for in-store pickup or third-party pickup locations, are not eligible for earning or redeeming cash credit. If an order initially placed for shipping is later modified to an in-store pickup, the associated cash credit will be forfeited. 

Purchases of Pro Collection items are excluded from cash credit promotions. Any amount spent on products classified under the Pro Collection will not count toward the subtotal required to earn cash credit. Only purchases from the Aerial Collection, Ground Collection, and Variety Collection are eligible. If an order contains both Pro Collection and eligible items, only the subtotal from the eligible categories will count toward earning cash credit.

Redemption Rules: Cash credit is specifically intended to offset shipping costs on future orders. It cannot be used for in-store purchases, pickup orders, or any transaction that does not include shipping. Customers may only redeem cash credit on orders that require shipping to a home address or a Fireworks Hub™ (terminal pickup location). If a customer applies cash credit to an order and later changes the fulfillment method to in-store pickup, the applied credit will be removed, and the customer will be responsible for the full order total. 

Cash credit does not count toward the qualifying subtotal for earning additional cash credit. For example, if a customer places an order for $1,399 and earns $200 in cash credit, they must place another order that meets the $1,399 subtotal requirement before applying any previously earned credit. If the customer chooses to use the $200 credit, they must meet an adjusted subtotal of $1,599 before the credit is applied. Similarly, if a customer has accumulated $400 in cash credit from multiple orders, they must meet an adjusted subtotal of $1,799 to redeem the full amount. This ensures that cash credit is not used to artificially meet the spending threshold for additional rewards. 

Cash credit must be applied to a single shipping transaction and cannot be divided across multiple orders. If the total order cost, including shipping fees, is less than the available cash credit balance, any remaining credit will be forfeited. Unused portions of the credit cannot be refunded, converted to cash, or carried over to another purchase. 

In cases where a promotion offers a flat cash credit amount that exceeds the total shipping cost, the excess value may be applied toward the product subtotal for that specific order. However, this applies only when explicitly stated in the terms of the promotion. In standard cash credit promotions, the earned credit is strictly used to offset shipping charges. 

Non-Stacking Policy: The Company’s cash credit promotions can be combined with percentage-based discounts displayed on products throughout the site, Apex Rewards™, referral incentives, and special offers explicitly stated as eligible for stacking. Customers may take advantage of these discounts while still earning or redeeming cash credit, provided that their order meets all other qualifying requirements. 

Additionally, customers may use cash credit in conjunction with special promotional events such as Black Friday specials, price slash countdowns, New Year's Eve countdowns, and other time-sensitive sales unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a specific promotion does not allow stacking, it will be clearly mentioned in the promotional terms. 

Outside of these eligible stacking promotions, cash credit cannot be combined with additional discount codes, exclusive offers, or unlisted promotions unless explicitly stated. The Company reserves the right to determine which promotions may be stacked and to modify stacking rules at its discretion. Customers are encouraged to review all promotional details before completing their purchase to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for both cash credit and other applicable discounts.

Customers must meet the qualifying subtotal threshold before any discount, including Apex Rewards™ coupons, is applied. For example, if a cash credit promotion requires a $1,399 minimum purchase, the subtotal must reach $1,399 before any Apex Rewards™ discount or coupon is used. If a customer applies a $50 Apex Rewards™ coupon, bringing their out-of-pocket total to $1,349, they will still qualify for the cash credit promotion because the pre-discount subtotal was $1,399. However, if another discount—such as a sitewide percentage-off sale—reduces the subtotal below the required threshold, the order will no longer qualify for the cash credit promotion. 

If multiple promotions are available, the highest-value promotion will be applied unless otherwise specified. However, if the Company announces that certain promotions do not stack—for example, if a major sale event excludes cash credit promotions—then customers will only receive the specified discount for that sale. The Company will clearly communicate when stacking is not permitted for specific promotions. 

Expiration and Use Limitations: Cash credit may have an expiration date, as determined by the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, cash credit typically expires 365 days from the date of issuance. Customers must use the credit within the designated timeframe, or it will be forfeited. Expiration dates and usage restrictions may be modified at the Company’s discretion, and any changes will be communicated through the terms of the promotion or direct notifications to eligible customers. 

Cash credit cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. It must be used only for eligible shipping orders and cannot be applied to in-store purchases or pickup orders unless a specific promotion explicitly allows it. 

If a customer places an order using cash credit and later cancels or modifies that order in a way that disqualifies it from the promotion, the applied credit will not be reinstated. If an order adjustment results in the subtotal dropping below the required threshold, the customer will be responsible for the full order total without the benefit of the cash credit. If a refund or return is processed on an order that initially earned cash credit, the corresponding credit may be revoked or adjusted accordingly. 

In cases where a flat cash credit promotion is applied and the shipping cost is lower than the earned credit, the excess credit may be applied to the product subtotal only if explicitly allowed by the specific promotion. Otherwise, any unused portion of the cash credit will be forfeited. Customers cannot split cash credit across multiple transactions—it must be applied in full to a single qualifying shipping order. 

The Company reserves the right to modify cash credit usage policies at any time, including changes to expiration dates, redemption methods, and eligibility criteria. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest promotional terms before applying cash credit to ensure compliance with all current rules and conditions.

Fraud Prevention and Compliance: The Company reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or deny cash credit if fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected. Customers attempting to manipulate the promotion through deceptive practices, such as splitting orders to maximize cash credit earnings, using multiple accounts, or falsely claiming order issues, may be disqualified from future promotions and subject to account restrictions. 

Cash credit promotions are intended to benefit customers who legitimately engage with our shipping program. Any violation of these policies may result in the forfeiture of earned credits, disqualification from future promotions, and possible restrictions on the customer’s account. The Company retains the right to modify or terminate cash credit promotions at any time without prior notice. 

By participating in cash credit promotions, customers agree to comply with all terms outlined in this policy. Any attempt to circumvent these rules will result in corrective actions, including the potential loss of eligibility for future promotional benefits.

 

SUBJECT IV – COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Coupons and discount codes provide customers with additional savings on eligible products and services. These promotions may be offered through various channels, including email campaigns, Apex Rewards™, referral incentives, seasonal promotions, and exclusive deals. Customers must carefully review the terms of each coupon or discount code before applying it to their order. 

One-Time Use vs. Multi-Use Codes: Most coupons and discount codes issued by the Company are intended for single-use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Single-use codes may only be redeemed once per customer and cannot be reused across multiple transactions. If a discount code is designated as multi-use, it will be specified in the terms of the promotion, allowing customers to use it multiple times within the promotional period. Any attempt to reuse a single-use coupon may result in the cancellation of the discount, adjustment of the order total, or potential restrictions on future promotional participation. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms of each coupon or discount code before applying it to an order to ensure compliance with its intended use.

Exclusions and Restrictions: Discount codes may have specific limitations regarding which products, categories, or order types are eligible for the promotion. Some exclusions may apply, including clearance items, heavily discounted merchandise, or final-sale products; limited-edition releases and special-order fireworks; items already subject to other promotional pricing unless stacking is explicitly allowed; shipping fees, taxes, or other additional charges; orders that do not meet the required minimum purchase threshold; and certain product collections, such as the Pro Collection, which are always excluded from coupon-based discounts due to their specialized pricing and exclusivity. Customers should review the terms of each discount code to confirm eligibility before applying it to an order. The Company reserves the right to modify exclusions at any time and without prior notice.

If a customer applies a discount code to an order that contains ineligible products, the discount may not apply, or the system may automatically adjust the total discount amount. If a discount code is incorrectly applied to a restricted item, the Company reserves the right to modify or remove the discount before processing the order. 

Expiration and Revocation: Each coupon or discount code will have a set expiration date, which will be stated in the promotional details. After the expiration date, the code will no longer be valid, and customers will not be able to claim the associated discount. The Company is not responsible for unused or expired discount codes, and extensions will not be granted. 

The Company reserves the right to modify, deactivate, or revoke any coupon or discount code at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Discount codes obtained through unauthorized channels, including third-party resellers, coupon aggregation websites, or fraudulent sources, will be considered invalid. Misuse of discount codes—such as using them multiple times when they are limited to single-use, attempting to combine unauthorized discounts, or creating multiple accounts to redeem additional codes—may result in the cancellation of the discount, forfeiture of rewards, or restrictions on future promotional participation. 

Stacking Policy for Coupons and Discount Codes: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, coupons and discount codes may be used in conjunction with percentage-based discounts displayed on products throughout the website. However, coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, Apex Rewards™ incentives, referral rewards, or any additional discount-based promotions. Customers must choose the highest-value coupon or reward available to them at checkout, as multiple discount codes will not be applied simultaneously. 

For example, if a customer has earned a referral reward through Apex Rewards™ and also has a 10% discount code, they must select one of the two for their order. Military, firefighter, first responder, or similar discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes and will be treated as standalone promotions. 

Special promotions—such as Black Friday specials, price slash countdowns, New Year's Eve countdowns, and other time-sensitive sales—may have specific stacking restrictions, which will be explicitly stated in the promotional terms. However, it is generally the case that other coupons do not stack with these special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a discount code lowers the subtotal below the minimum required for a cash credit promotion or other incentive, the customer will not qualify for that promotion. Customers are responsible for reviewing promotional terms before applying any discounts to their order to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements.

Order Adjustments and Cancellations: If an order is modified or canceled after a discount code has been applied, the discount may not be reinstated. If the adjusted order no longer meets the original eligibility criteria for the discount, the final total will be recalculated, and the customer will be responsible for any price differences. Additionally, if a coupon or discount code was applied in violation of promotional terms, the Company may adjust the final price before shipping or cancel the order entirely. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order total and applied discounts before completing the checkout process. If there are any discrepancies or concerns regarding a discount code, customers should contact customer service before finalizing their purchase.

 

SUBJECT V – SEASONAL, BULK, AND CLEARANCE PROMOTIONS

Seasonal promotions cannot be extended, retroactively applied to past orders, or used outside of the specified timeframe. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate seasonal promotions at its discretion without prior notice. 

Certain seasonal promotions, such as Black Friday specials, price slash countdowns, and New Year's Eve countdowns, may have specific stacking restrictions that prevent them from being combined with other discount codes, cash credit promotions, or Apex Rewards™ incentives unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms of seasonal promotions before making a purchase to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements. 

Bulk and Wholesale Discounts: Customers seeking to purchase large quantities may be eligible for exclusive bulk pricing discounts.   • Final Sale Events: Last chance, no returns sale, all sales final, non-returnable sale, final markdown, once it’s gone, it’s gone, one-time offer, final price event, closing out sale, and as-is sale. 

All items marked under these categories are subject to strict purchasing conditions. Clearance and final sale items are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or additional promotional discounts unless otherwise specified. Availability is limited, and products will not be restocked at the same discounted pricing once sold out. 

Clearance and final sale pricing is valid only while supplies last. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing, remove products from clearance or final sale status, or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice. Customers attempting to combine clearance or final sale pricing with unauthorized discounts, promotional codes, or rewards may have their order adjusted or canceled at the Company’s discretion.

Participation requirements vary based on the nature of the promotion and may include, but are not limited to, making a qualifying purchase, engaging with the Company’s social media accounts, signing up for email subscriptions, or referring new customers. 

Each giveaway or free product promotion will have specific eligibility criteria, such as purchase minimums, order types, or geographic restrictions. Customers must review the terms of each promotion to confirm eligibility before participating. Failure to meet the specified requirements will result in disqualification from the giveaway or forfeiture of any free product offers. 

Winners of giveaways will be selected based on the criteria outlined in the individual promotional terms. Selection methods may include randomized draws, first-come-first-served availability, or specific achievement-based milestones. The Company’s decision regarding winners is final, and no appeals or disputes will be considered. 

Substitutions and Availability: All free products offered as part of a giveaway or promotional event are subject to availability. The Company does not guarantee that the advertised free item will remain in stock throughout the entire promotion period. If a free item becomes unavailable due to demand, inventory shortages, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or lesser value at its sole discretion. 

Substituted items will be selected based on comparable value and product type, but customers may not request alternative substitutions. If an advertised free product becomes unavailable and no suitable substitution is available, the promotion may be modified, extended, or discontinued at the Company’s discretion. 

Limitations: Customers may be subject to quantity restrictions on free product promotions, including a limit of one free item per order, household, or promotional period, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific promotion. The Company reserves the right to enforce such limits to ensure fair distribution of promotional items. 

Giveaway rewards and free products cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative merchandise. Customers cannot request specific product variations (such as color, size, or model) for free promotional items unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms. 

If the Company determines that a free product was obtained through fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or a violation of promotional terms, it reserves the right to charge the customer the full retail value of the free item, revoke future promotional eligibility, and impose account restrictions. 

 

SUBJECT VII – REFERRAL AND LOYALTY PROGRAM PROMOTIONS 

The Company may offer referral and loyalty program promotions that reward customers for engaging with our brand and bringing in new customers. SUBJECT VIII – ORDER MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PROMOTIONAL IMPACT

If an order adjustment results in the subtotal dropping below the required minimum for a specific promotion, the promotional offer will be voided, and the customer will be responsible for the full order total. 

If an order is canceled by the Company due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with our policies, all applied promotions will be revoked, and any previously earned promotional benefits related to that order may be forfeited. If a refund is issued on an order that initially earned a promotional reward (such as cash credit, a free item, or a discount), the corresponding reward may be adjusted or revoked based on the new order total. Certain promotions, such as cash credit promotions, are specifically designed for shipping orders to a specific address or a Fireworks Hub™ terminal pickup location. These promotions cannot be applied to in-store pickup orders unless explicitly stated. If a customer initially selects shipping but later changes the order to in-store pickup, any applied shipping-based promotions will be removed, and the customer will be responsible for the full order total without the promotional benefit. 

Some promotions may be exclusive to in-store pickup orders, such as special in-store discounts, event-based promotions, or pickup-exclusive offers. These promotions cannot be transferred to shipping orders unless otherwise stated. Customers who attempt to switch their order from an eligible pickup method to shipping after applying a pickup-only promotion may have the promotion voided. 

Certain promotions, such as percentage-based product discounts, Apex Rewards™ discounts, and select seasonal promotions, may be valid across all fulfillment methods unless otherwise restricted. If a promotion applies to both shipping and pickup orders, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout, provided all eligibility requirements are met. 

Customers are responsible for verifying the fulfillment eligibility of a promotion before completing their purchase. If an order does not qualify for a specific promotional offer due to the selected fulfillment method, the company reserves the right to adjust or remove the applied discount before processing the order. 

 

SUBJECT X – PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS

Wholesale and bulk discount customers who qualify for customized pricing agreements must forfeit any promotional benefits that would otherwise apply to standard retail transactions. Bulk pricing arrangements are independent of consumer promotions, and the company does not permit the stacking of wholesale discounts with general promotional offers. 

Any attempt to circumvent these exclusions, such as splitting orders into smaller transactions, using multiple accounts, or misrepresenting purchases as personal when they are intended for resale, may result in the cancellation of orders, removal of discounts, and restrictions on future promotional eligibility. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to obtain discounts or promotional rewards, falsely claiming lost or undelivered products to gain replacement orders or store credit, providing false referrals or engaging in self-referral schemes to earn referral-based rewards, tampering with discount codes, altering pricing, or attempting unauthorized modifications to promotional offers, and sharing, selling, or trading promotional codes obtained through restricted channels. 

Since all sales are final and the company does not accept refunds or returns, any attempt to manipulate the system by falsely claiming issues with an order to receive compensation, replacements, or promotional benefits will result in immediate revocation of promotional rewards, cancellation of current and future orders, and potential account restrictions. Customers who engage in fraudulent claims, including disputing charges with their payment provider after receiving their order, may be permanently banned from future purchases and promotions. 

The company reserves the right to review and investigate any suspicious promotional activity and take corrective action as necessary, including but not limited to voiding orders, revoking earned rewards, disabling promotional codes, restricting account access, and pursuing legal action if fraudulent activity results in financial loss or damages.

SUBJECT XIII – PROMOTIONAL EXPIRATION, MODIFICATIONS, AND DISCONTINUATION 

The company reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Changes to a promotion’s expiration date, eligibility, or discount structure will be communicated through the official terms of the promotion. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest promotional details before participating. 

All promotional benefits, including but not limited to cash credit, discount codes, referral rewards, and seasonal discounts, may have strict expiration dates. Customers must use their rewards before the expiration date, as expired promotions will not be reinstated, extended, or replaced under any circumstances. If a promotional reward is not used within its designated timeframe, it is forfeited, and no credits or refunds will be issued. 

In cases where a promotion is terminated early due to inventory constraints, legal or regulatory compliance concerns, suspected fraudulent activity, or other business-related reasons, no exceptions will be made for customers who were unable to participate before the termination. If a promotion is canceled before its scheduled end date, previously issued promotional benefits will remain valid until their expiration unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

The company is not liable for any inconvenience, perceived financial loss, or missed opportunities resulting from the modification or discontinuation of promotions. Customers should take advantage of available promotions while they are active, as the company does not guarantee the continuation or reintroduction of any promotional offers once they have ended.

 

SUBJECT XIV – DISPUTES, ERRORS, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The company is not responsible for missed discounts due to customer error, system issues, or failure to read and understand promotional terms. The company reserves the right to verify customer accounts before granting access to promotions and may require additional identity verification for high-value rewards. 

Promotions are intended for use by individual customers only and cannot be shared across multiple accounts, households, or entities. Customers attempting to create multiple accounts, place duplicate orders, or otherwise manipulate promotional offers to claim additional benefits may have their promotional privileges revoked. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the creation of fake accounts, providing false referrals, or attempting to bypass promotional restrictions, may result in order cancellation and account suspension. 

If an account is flagged for suspicious activity—such as frequent order cancellations, excessive use of promotional codes, or a pattern of disputed transactions—the company reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke promotional eligibility. The company actively monitors accounts for signs of abuse and retains sole discretion in determining whether a customer is eligible for continued participation in promotional programs. 

Customers are responsible for maintaining their account credentials and ensuring their information remains accurate.
