The AI Agent is programmed to:

The AI Agent generates output data in response, based on the provided input. To enhance customer experience and ensure continuous improvements in AI-generated assistance, input data may be shared between our AI Agent and any third-party AI service that we manage or operate on behalf of other businesses. This information-sharing is strictly limited to companies with which we have a formal service agreement, ensuring that data is used solely for refining AI capabilities and not for external marketing or commercial resale. In cases where AI-generated responses lead to confusion or uncertainty, users should consult our human customer support team for clarification. We are not liable for any damages, refunds, or corrective actions based on AI errors or miscommunications. 

User Responsibility and Acknowledgment:  By continuing to use the AI Agent, users acknowledge that they understand the limitations of artificial intelligence and accept the risks associated with interacting with an automated system. Users are encouraged to use AI-generated responses as general guidance but should always verify important details through official channels before making final decisions. 

If users experience any issues related to incorrect AI responses, technical difficulties, or misleading information, they should report them to customer support so that we can improve the AI Agent’s functionality. Consequences of Violations: 

Failure to comply with these prohibited usage policies may result in:

  • Immediate denial of access to the AI Agent, either temporarily or permanently, at our sole discretion.

Users acknowledge that continued access to the AI Agent is not guaranteed and is subject to these terms. 

System Modifications and Updates:

To ensure the AI Agent remains effective, we may implement the following changes without prior notice: 

  • Updating AI-generated responses to improve accuracy, reliability, and service quality. Adjustments may be made to better reflect current policies, product availability, and customer needs. 
  • Enhancing system capabilities, which may include refining AI behavior, expanding response categories, or integrating new features based on user feedback and technological advancements.

  •  Users will not be entitled to compensation, alternative services, or any form of restitution due to the termination of the AI Agent.

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of the AI Agent are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without consideration of any conflict of law principles. Users acknowledge that their interactions with the AI Agent are subject to applicable regulations and legal standards established by local, state, and federal authorities. 

  • Users agree to comply with all relevant laws when engaging with the AI Agent, including:
  •  Adhering to state and federal regulations governing consumer interactions, data privacy, and online communication.
  • Ensuring that any input provided to the AI Agent does not violate applicable legal protections, including intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or other regulatory restrictions.
  • Abstaining from using the AI Agent for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any form of legal misconduct. 

By using the AI Agent, users acknowledge that their actions are subject to oversight and that any misuse may result in enforcement actions in accordance with governing laws. 

In the event of a dispute related to the AI Agent, its functionality, or its application, the following conditions apply: 

  • All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Hampshire state law, and any legal proceedings must be initiated in a court located within the state.
  • Users agree to waive any right to claim jurisdiction in another state or country and accept that any legal matters will be handled exclusively under New Hampshire law.
  • Our decisions regarding AI Agent usage, policy enforcement, and customer interactions shall be considered final unless otherwise determined by applicable legal authority. 

Users further acknowledge that no warranties or guarantees are provided regarding AI-generated responses, and as such, disputes regarding reliance on AI information will be assessed in accordance with these terms. 

By continuing to interact with the AI Agent, users accept that their engagement is governed by New Hampshire law and that any legal matters arising from their usage will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

 

SUBJECT VIII – FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT 

By continuing to use the AI Agent, users confirm that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this agreement. The AI Agent is designed to assist with general inquiries, but users must recognize its inherent limitations and the potential risks associated with AI-generated responses. 

By engaging with the AI Agent, users acknowledge and accept the following: 

  • They have read and understood the AI Agent Terms of Use and agree to abide by all conditions set forth. 
  • They understand that AI-generated responses may contain errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations, and they accept full responsibility for verifying important details before making decisions. 
  • They agree not to hold us liable for any inaccuracies, miscommunications, or misunderstandings resulting from AI interactions.
  • They recognize that the AI Agent is not a substitute for direct communication with a human representative, particularly for critical matters such as policy clarifications, legal inquiries, or safety guidance. 

Company Protection:  These terms are in place to ensure that we provide users with a transparent and fair understanding of the AI Agent’s role while also protecting us from liability regarding AI-generated errors or misinterpretations. Users agree that any reliance on the AI Agent is at their own discretion and that we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-provided information.
